Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, product launches, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Luxe Halo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Luxe Halo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
